Dont use Discovery for your bookings - they wont help when you need to cancel!!!

These guys wont give me an update or feedback about my refund from a flight I cancelled a week ago. I booked a flysafair on the Discovery App and I could not travel anymore so I cancelled literally waaaaay in advance before my flight. They are not helping me getting my money back!! Do not use them for any bookings!!
