Don't trust the Vitality Shoe Booster!!

I am deeply disappointed in the way that my shoe booster query has been handled by Discovery.

To date I still have no clear explanation of what I did wrong when choosing my shoes, all I get told by Discovery is that it's the wrong type of shoes, but i followed all the right steps when i picked my shoes:

I want them to please explain to me what step i took that was wrong??? Also why did it take you months to tell me that it was the wrong shoes?? I have now lost my R350 activation fee and apparently these shoes do not qualify, but i still dont know how they can say that it doesnt qualify when i followed all the correct steps.

I feel that Discovery is misinforming their customers and then take ages to get back to them. This query was logged in July and you only told me the 10th of September this is the wrong shoe. I expect better from Discovery. When i spoke to one of your agents in July he said that i did everything right from my side. Your calls get recorded so please make sure you listen to that recording.

I've sent email after email, with screen shots included as to how I chose my shoes. Every step was followed. I'm still waiting for a response, your turnaround time is 3 days? My last email was sent on the 25th of September and no one has gotten back to me.
