Don’t deliver as promised.

I signed up for weight loss rewards. The payments was not what it should be. After 3 weeks of trying to explain to someone that Discovery did not deliver to their promise, I get an e-mail to say that now I owe them money. Not delivering is bad enough, now you are taking my money away as well. Pathetic, or phone at least to explain, don’t e-mail/sms.
