Dont Book travel with Vitality Travel

I booked a trip to Australia to attend my sons wedding. Emirates subsequently cancelled the flight..(Omicron).. I requested a refund, I have been advised the process takes between 14 and 16 WEEKS... it took literally 15 seconds to take my money and now 4 months to process a refund??? What kind of process/service is that?? p.s. they mentioned they still keep the R 450 transaction fee!!
