Don't book international tickets through Discovery Vitality and Kulula

We booked international tickets through Discovery Vitality and Kulula, due to covid the flights were cancelled. We were told via email we would be refunded our funds in 8 - 12 weeks , we are now in week 15 and still no refund, no one answers our emails as well now. A friend had similar tickets with British Airways which were booked directly with them and was refunded within a week, because ours were booked through Vitality, British Airways did not have our money so they could not refund us. Just a heads up if you are booking through Vitality, if there is a problem you will most probably not be refunded and also we were told that we would get less R1480 of our refund because that's the fee Vitality charges.
