Do not use Discovery Travel

Do not use Vitality Travel. I have been waiting for an approved flight refund since 4 October 2022. They claim that their service time for a refund is 8 weeks but it has been 17 weeks and there has been no evidence of a refund. I now have to start charging them interest and taking them to the Small Claims Court. So pathetic. Not one agent ever phones me back when they say they will and despite the matter being "expedited" nothing has happened.
