Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest system. I kept my payments up to date and had no gym discount app****, and Vitality refused to instruct Virgin active to correct. I have spent hours on calls and chats with Vitality without success and have to all but shout to get anything other than the standard "oh no it doesn't work like that" despite being advised and following VItality's instruction at every turn.

Do not sign up, it's been a headache for almost a year and I am still struggling.
