DO NOT join Team Vitality

I have joined Discovery Vitality for running. I realised that I am currently unable to use it as I want to use it so I decided to cancel my membership prior the scheduled renewal date. The consultant confirmed that it has been canceled and that the amount won't be deducted. One the date the renewal has been deducted and I phoned discovery. Promised were made, excuses were made, from it hasn't been logged on the system to Discovery is behind on all their payments. I phoned Friday for the 5th time, and I spoke to a manager who promised that he will phone me back before the end of the day. I am still waiting for the phone call from the manager as well as my money. Extremely disappointed!
