Disvovery Vitality

I received a call from Discovery to join Viatality for a trial period of 3 months fro free. The second month discovery deducted the premium from my salary. I called several times for the refund and to day I was speaking to Tareeq at billing to find out if the refund was done, because they were not suppose to deduct money from me. Tareeq says to me "whatever you say maam" after telling him that there is no need to be defensive because his tone was dismissive.

Discovery please refund my money you deducted on you vitality free trial that you offered.
