Disvcobvery Viatilty Healthy Food activation

I have tried, unsuccessfully since early Septemeber 2019 to activate the Vitality Healthy food option, to no avail! Various interactions, telephonic to consultants and via e-mail to *** have proved worthless. A screenshots of the error was also sent to webinfo as per their consultant's request. Promises of escalating the problem have also proved fruitless. How long must I wait for a decent reply?
