Distasteful service by vitality team

For the past year, I have been dealing with vitality to resolve my membership issue! One moment they say it’s resolved the next, I get charged full prices by gym and I then have to call again. I have been on several call with both my gym and vitality and on calls the vitality consultant confirmed that my vitality is active. Then whoever needs to provide that systematically to my gym company says my benefit is not active yet they continue to debit my account monthly without fail!!!! What kind of service is this? Considering the amount I pay for this programme, the last thing I should be doing is wasting my time and money on calls to vitality! This is a disgusting service…
