****, disspointed

i was called to get a 3 month free trial which was not binding and i was told that after 3 months i cant activated the service., but i did not use the free trail and now they are charging me without me confirming with them to continue the service. They are ****ing people to join vitality by saying its a free trail. I requested discovery to send me the recording of the telephone call but they have not done so. Ive been a member for discovery health for years and very dissaponting that they treat loyal customers like this
