Dissappointing

I added my dependants on the medical aid and this looks to have affected my Vitality as well . No information on Vitality was supp**** when this was implemented.

Discovery 'auto' opted in my 2x dependants on Vitality upon activating their medical aid .There was no information whatsoever on the form that I signed and completed stating the activation will affect my Vitality premiums . They have now later sent me (after enquiry) some bunch of t's & c's which were not supp**** when needed .

My kids are 8 & 4 ,they don't need Vitality .I am the only person that needs and uses it . They also state that Vitality is optional to opt in for ,how is this optional? We are literally being forced to take up vitality for the kids for them to watch 'free' movies which is about the only benefit on Vitality kids (which I don't need)
