Dissapointed in Vitality Rewards

After I’ve ordered my reward coffees at Mugg &Bean, the Vitality rewards just keep on showing error. So I had to pay for the coffees. Then I tried to go on Vitality’s webpage and that is also “currently experience problems!!” Discovery, you are quick to take our money, so can you please do a payback for me!!!
