Dissapearing diamonds again

Diamonds not converted back to a play again! I had this problem a few months ago and it seems Discovery have still not rectified it. Please give me what I am entitled too without the hassle and fighting every time!! Vitality is becoming such an admin monster and really getting to be a pain.
