Dissapearing diamonds....

I had a single diamond reward which has now just dissapeared. According to you bot, if you cannot use the diamond and do not get a second one, it will give you the option of getting another play on the board. No where did it indicate that the diamond was expiring and I certainly did not get a second play on the board. I finally got a second diamond - and guess what ? The first one just dissapeared? Another useless single diamond. This is just so not worth the effort.
