I know my emails are being read, its been four months that Discovery Vitality has been deducting without my consent an amount totalling R1 596.00!!!!!!!!

The company was quick in deducting my money monthly without my authorisation can it also be quick in providing me with a recording that indicates I agreed to the vitality deductions.

I want my money , can Lufuno respond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a threat Ill tag the company in all platforms off social media , currently logging a case with the ombuds man it has dragged to long , I know I’m not the first nor the last to be duped by this company!!!!

It cannot take more than 3 months to retrieved a recording off a conversation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
