Disingenuous Discovery Vitality

I want to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with Discovery Vitality. I enrolled in the Vitality 6-month weight management program, which was supposed to expire in June 2024. However, even after the program ended, they have continued to deduct the monthly fee. I have tried to address this problem multiple times, but every time I call, they either hang up on me or fail to provide a satisfactory explanation for the charges. I also attempted to cancel the program through the app, but they threatened me with a cancellation fee, despite the contractual term having already expired.
