DISHONESTY COUPLED WITH BAD SERVICE

<p>Not only did we experience shoddy service but now several days later when we received our invoice from Tempset Car Hire we notice that we are charged for SIXTEEN DAYS when we in fact had the vehicle ONLY FOR EIGHT DAYS, can the customer be penalized when the depos for drop off are closed? And secondly we paid a deposit of R6 000.00 the invoice clearly states we paid a deposit of R4 000.00. This matt er is now for the consumer council, the media and legal as this is THEFT!! Thank you DIscovery for partnering up with DISHONEST and unscruplous let alone unprofessional, zero-service providers and forcing YOUR customer to do business with such DISHONEST companies!</p>
