Disgusting Service Discovery Travel

I cancelled a car hire booking that I made through Discovery Travel and was told a refund would be processed in 7 to 14 days. We are now on day 21 and I have been told the credit note that has been issued will take 7 days to process. That is 28 days maybe if it happens. Very quick to take your money not good at returning it and don’t try to speak to a supervisor. Very bad experience be warned it is not all that it is made out to be.
