Disgusting service

Absolutely bull****! After joining Discovery Health one is bombarded and harrassed to join Vitality. After being told try a "3 month trial" thereafter a consultant will be in contact to confirm if I am happy to continue, my account is debited. NO CALL BACK NO FOLLOW UP NO NOTHING! I am absolutely disgusted that such a reputable company can take such advantage!
