Disgusting Discovery

Discovery Vitality has failed since October 20th to move over one in-house debit order from FNB to Discovery Bank. They bounce me around from department to department and I have to follow up with them on each occasion. This is a ********** establishment that has no sense of customer service. I just got off the phone with a clueless agent who has to follow up with yet another department before she can call me back.
