Disgusting Customer Service

I've sent the below originally on 26 January 2015 via email and about 3 times after that as the issue keeps happening.

Good day,

Kindly note the following with regards to rules:

I have a Fitbit device and received 150 points for reaching and exceeding my 10,000 steps for the day on 17 January 2015.

On this day I also completed a parkrun event.

However, I only received the 150 points instead of the higher 500 points for the parkrun.

I understand that I only get points for one fitness activity, but as per the rules, I am supposed to get 500 for the parkrun and not the 150 for the fitbit.

Rules
Adults earn points for data uploaded from appropriate activity devices - one event a day, maximum 15 000 fitness points a year. If step data is collected, the total step count for the day must be at least 10 000 steps.
Points will only be awarded for one fitness activity a day. If you complete two fitness activities in one day, then the higher points between the two will be awarded.

This translates to theft, Vitality.
