Disgusting

If your company is moving to Discovery medical aid, I feel very sorry for you. Malcor done this, moving their Total rewards over to Discovery's Vitality. <br> My daughter gets swimming lessons at the gym, made the next terms payments and that is where the problems started. <br> The Vitality was never transferred (I got many emails on this), managed to get on Vitality but still not allowed to enter gym. Out of desperation, I joined the gym in person so my daughter can at least attend swimming lessons. Now after 5 months, I still can't use the Vitality card to go to gym, and still paying both parties a monthly fee. <br> I tried to get out of the gym, but now a fee is applicable!!<br> So Vitality is happy to take my money, the gym is happy to take my money, and I can't get out of it.<br> <br> DO NOT USE VITALITY - even if you prove to them all the facts, they still refuse to get a manger to call you back or to resolve any issues<br> Again, DO NEVER EVER JOIN VITALITY !<br>
