Disgusted, Embaressed & Let Down: Vitality Rewards Failure!!!

Achieved rewards through Vitality Drive. Claimed Woolworths vouchers 3x R100. Went to woolworths, tried to redeem vouchers and they did not work. Woolworths say that they have been experiancing many issues with these vouchers lately and we need to contact Vitality directly. Can you imagine standing there trying to figure how to pay for these items, with all those gleeming eyes upon you for holding up the que!!! Seriously, if you guys cannot provide a decent rewards program then dont! Stop making ypur customers life embarressing! This is really not professional at at and needs to be corrected immediatly! I am looking forward to you rcall on how this is going to be fixed and compensated for this embaressing experiance!
