Disgruntled Discovery Vitaly / Virgin Active client

Hi there

I called into the call centre and then subsequently sent an email a few days later and still no response.

My husband was hospitalised numerous times in December and with him having had three operations and being booked off work for a month and having a toddler (not even 2yrs old yet) and with traveling back and forth to the hospital, seeing to my husband and my daughter there was no way I could visit the gym. Then in January I started feeling unwell (back issues, dizziness, leg pain, cramps and a number of other symptoms, I'm sure I don't need to list them all). I made an appointment to see my GP on 21 January to rule out things like bladder infection as I had suffered from a bad infection a few weeks earlier and with the tests coming up negative for any infection I then told my GP that I had made an appointment with my Gynecologist as I started recognising the signs that my endometriosis is back, he agreed that it sounds like that was the case. My appointment with my Gynecologist was however only for 13 February where he then booked me for an operation for 20 February for laparoscopy for cauterization of pelvic lesions. Before the operation, though he suggested I have blood work done and it was discovered I was pregnant and therefore I could not have the operation. I really would not like to lose my gym membership and especially since I have just signed up my daughter for Club V as well as I now think she is old enough.
