DISGRACEFUL DISCOVERY
I moved over to my husband's medical aid from 1 November 2017. Since then there has been issue upon issue in getting my cashback monies/medical refund monies. Email after email is sent but they blatantly ignore me. Always QUICK to take our money each month but never quick to assist and pay back.
