Discovery won't refund me money!!!!

I signed a gym contract with Virgin active and they was having a promotion with discovery vitality. the promotion was that I will be debited for the membership fee R139 on the 1st of every month and refunded R139 on the 10th of every month. I signed this contract in December 2014 and to date I have not received a single refund. I spoken to numerous call center staff, team leaders and managers and they have all told me that I will be refunded but that has not happened. I am a paying customer and now Discovery is *****ing from me. The staff are useless!!!!, they don't return calls!!!!, they never give me feedback like they promise and I must keep phoning the call center. who is going to pay my phone bill for all the calls I am making????? I have numerous reference numbers. ref no 1. ***, ref no 2. ***, ref no 3. ***, ref no 4. ***, I have all together nine reference numbers. This is an extremely urgent matter for me and I NEED THIS RECTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, because if I owed discovery money, you would suspend my memberships.
