DISCOVERY will reach INTO Your Bank Account like SARS

Discovery reached into my bank account on 1 August and took R580 for their own billing error on a cancelled policy A YEAR OLD!!! I raised this with them and they still have not resolved the issue. And yet they STILL owe me vitality points for healthy food, fuel, healthy care, vitality drive active rewards, vitality drive cashback, and more!!! I AM A DISCOVERY BLACK CARD HOLDER AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET?!
