Discovery Website Login Details Failed

To the Vitality Support Team<br> <br> I haven't been on the Discovery Vitality website in quite a while, so I forgot my login details. Normally websites supply an online request for \Forgot Login Details""; which gave me two options: to get my username sent to my phone via SMS or to my email address. When I tried the phone option; the operator said (2) an error occured.<br> <br> So I tried again - this time to my email address. They even offered to send another email to reset my password (which I opted for since I also forgot my password). But (3) no email arrived.
