Discovery Website (for their calibre) is shocking

I am disappointed with the Discovery website. Yes, it looks very fancy and exciting, however, difficult to get what you need done. It's like figuring out a riddle every time I need to do something. The chatbot is also extremely useless.

I will be focusing more of my efforts on eBucks rewards and FNB products in general. Discovery can learn a thing or two about functionality and user friendliness from FNB (UX as they say). Discovery User Interface is on point though.

I will purely utilize Discovery as my Medical Aid Health Insurance, but that's it.
