DISCOVERY WATCH - ITS SCAN! THEY ARE ******!

DO NOT GET THE DISCOVERY WATCH - IT'S A MONEY MAKING ****!

I am utterly disgusted with Discovery and the ********* way of doing business. After getting a watch and pushing myself to be in the Endurance and High Performance category, week after week, I consistently met my 1500 goal a week, until discovery point system stopped working and my workouts were not being updated.

I had to keep sending Discovery screen shots of the workout I completed so that they manually update the workouts. And they they stopped manually updating my workouts and started taking money out my credit card without my knowledge. I complained about this and was told there is nothing they can do because I had not met my weekly goals. This after having sent them several screenshots of the workout I had completed. For us to 6 months, they refused to manually update my workouts and kept deducting money out of my credit card.

On top of these frustrations of workouts not updating and discovery deducting money out my credit card every week, even though I was completing my workouts, I moved jobs and had to change medical aids as a result of this and I was told by Discovery that I could not keep my discovery membership if I left the medical aid.

It's a trap! It's a ****! I was advised to get life cover so that I can remain on vitality. I signed up for life cover and the consultant who helped me was going into my bank account and deducting money I did not agree to. On some months, twice as much money as I had agreed to pay was deducted. As a result of this I told them to cancel the life cover and I would go get the service with another service provider.

My discovery membership was then terminated because I cancelled my life cover. I was then told I have to pay R3186.95 to settle the watch. What a ****! They then went into my credit card and deducted all that money, without even warning me or letting me know that they would deduct a lump sum of that money. Not I have to pay the credit card back plus interest, so the amount of money I will pay for the watch in the end is much more than what the actual watch is worth.

What a horrible experience Discovery. You are all money making ****** and this whole apple watch offer is a total LIE and a ****! There is nothing free about the watch and in the end, DISCOVERY ENDS US *****ING the money out your credit card - more money than what the damn watch is actually worth.

I never watch to have any dealings with Discovery ever again and would never recommend anyone to trust you disgusting and dishonest way of doing business.
