Discovery Vitatity sucks!!!!

We have been trying to sort out an issue we are having with Discovery Vitality and they are giving us the run-a-round. After we had cancelled this 5 years ago, an employee of theirs activated this vitality membership on someone else's account and this has been running for about 4 years now. We have been trying to cancel this Vitality membership debit order, to no avail it is still active. What now? Off to the news papers...
