You decided to break my membership and made it hell to use this service that I pay for. Where is my gym benefit?! Why have I not been awarded points for HIV & Pap smear screening? I want all the points and benefits I had earned until April to be reinstated and the additional points earned thereafter to be added. You canceled my membership after I GAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS NOT TO. Ive spent too much time and money trying to get this sorted and frankly just sick of it. If you can't correct this, I want all my premiums for 2020 paid back to me. Please make sure a knowledgeable person calls me, someone who has gone through my profile for the year along with the recordings. I really have no time for nonsense service or conversation
