I've contacted Discovery on 24/*** requesting for a cancelation of Vitaliy and i was advised on this "Hi Refiloe,

An inquiry has been logged to have your cancellation request actioned. Your inquiry reference number is *** and an agent from the cancellations team should contact you within the next ten working days, also kindly note that there is a calendar months' notice for cancellations.

But i still have not been contacted, i reached out again on 03/09/2020 I this reply "Hi Refiloe,

Please note that one of our consultants will contact you soon to assist with the cancellation. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

AND STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME WHAT MUST I DO NOW
