Discovery Vitality/Kulula refund

I am really disappointed. I have sent several emails and given no other contact information to receive a refund from Kulula, while using Vitality.

I have been a loyal Discovery Health and Vitality member for over a decade and to be ignored and not given information is disappointing to the point I am looking into another service provider.
