Discovery Vitality Woolies Vouchers

I've been querying 3 unclaimed woolies vouchers with Discovery for the past 3 months now. Woolies says the vouchers are claimed but cannot supply a receipt to show that it was claimed and discovery believes that they are correct. There is no proof that they can show me and they expect me to take their word on this. I would like my 3 vouchers to be re-issued if no physical proof of usage can me supp**** to me. Discovery and Woolies show me proof that i have used these vouchers or re-issue.
