Discovery Vitality Weight Loss Rewards is a SHAM

The Discovery Weight Loss Rewards is a sham! My wife and I began the Discovery Weight Loss rewards program over 3 months ago and through the 12-week journey, logged our weight weekly on the app as directed. My wife has been working with a dietician who is registered with Discovery Vitality and also did her 12-week verified weigh-in with the dietician who logged it with Discovery Vitality Weight Loss Rewards Program. I went to the same pharmacy who did the verified weigh-in for my start of the Weight Loss rewards program 12 weeks earlier. Both sets of results have been sent independently by the partners to Discovery Vitality yet the results are still not reflecting and we have not been rewarded our points as yet, despite several emails and calls to Discovery Vitality to resolve this.

Why does the system not work and why has Discovery Vitality made it so difficult to get the rewards as promised in the program - this is shocking!! You are bragging about your new Weight Management program beginning in the new year, but can't even get your current program working efficiently.
