Discovery Vitality Weight loss Pilot

I was called by Discovery and asked if I would like to participate in the Weightloss Rewards Pilot. I had to go to a specific dietitian for an eating plan and I was promised that I will be refunded the cost. This set me back around R700. That was weeks ago and my emails have been ignored ever since. I called the Vitality call center and I was told that the team running that pilot can only be reached by email and there is no telephone number. The same email address I have emailed 5 times with no reply. I cannot be chasing discovery to pay me my money back. I was approached via telemarketing for this. Keep your end of the deal Discovery! Don't participate in this nonsense.
