Discovery Vitality Website is a joke

The Discovery Vitality website is absolutely appalling! It is ridiculously user UNfriendly. It crashes when I try to log my health information (and run results in the past). The 'ask discovery button' says 'my system is down try again later'. When my husband tried to change his password it says his ID number is not recognised even though we have been members for over 6 years. For one of the biggest insurers in South Africa this is completely unacceptable and it feels like it is made purposely difficult so that people can't get the vitality points.
