Discovery Vitality Vouchers not Working

I called vitality more then two weeks ago to report errors with the following vouchers: 1st issue: Woolworths wiCode *** which did not work in store and a Dischem voucher which states 'Redeemed on 24 October 2020' which was not used and states that it was redeemed in the future? Thando was going to call me back with feedback but no feedback was received. 2nd issue: Dischem voucher wiCode *** which I tried to use at Dischem ERM and Boksburg North but did not work. I called last week and spoke to Joel WRefNo#***#- -MailRef#***#- and received feedback via email this morning stating that the voucher had been redeemed at Eastgate yet the voucher states 'expires on 6 November 2020' The voucher has not been used.
