Discovery Vitality Usesless!!!

I used the flightbooster when it was still available last year. At that time I was asked to send Vitality all my flight details. Event though I was due to get a cashback payout last year already, I'm still constantly querying my payout and still no joy and 0 answers. Getting extremely frustrated with Discovery and all their "amazing" offers
