Discovery Vitality Upfront discount is a ****

Been a member of Discovery Vitality for over 10 years. Went to Totalsports to claim my upfront discount on a Vitality Active Gear item and only redeemed 24c.

Called Discovery Vitality on the 9th of June (spoke with Marebula) who assured me that these issues get resolved in 3 working days and something about having to confirm with 'the partner'. Also provided a picture of the item on the shelf with the vitality badge clearly visible.

After 5 working days been calling them everyday day for an update and they still cant tell me what the holdup is. The item has now been sold (and is sold out) which means even if they get back to me it was all a pointless exercise.

For a better customer experience, if the item is advertised then allow the customer to purchase the item and sort your bureaucratic BS out after the sale has been made. Also if you say you will contact a customer back, then do so!
