Discovery Vitality Travel Refunds - Very BAD service

I cancelled my flight November 2022 and requested a refund from discovery vitality travel. I submitted all my documentation to Lena Ngwenya in the Discovery vitality travel refunds department. She told me the turn around time would be 6 - 8 weeks. It is now April 26th 2023. I have not received my full refund back and she did my refunded incorrectly. Lena is no longer replying to my emails and refuses to refer me to her manager. I contacted telephonically and she was very rude and unapologetic. The service I’ve received is appalling!!!!!!
