Discovery Vitality Travel is not being truthful with a client

I'm extremely upset with Discovery Vitality Travel. I have booked all my international flights and accommodation using the Discovery Vitality Travel website and today I get told that Discovery doesn't handle any international bookings.

What is the point of advertising these services on TV, Radio and Emails if this isn't true. Is Discovery lying to all of there clients or are they falsely advertising the services that they offer and if this is the case then the Ombudsman needs to get involved and investigate them.

I personally think that its a Friday afternoon and they don't feel like working or getting their superiors involved so they come up with some lame excuse versus trying to listen to my side of the story and trying to assist me.

This is utterly poor service from Discovery and then the consultant tells me that she can't convey the message to her superiors to call me back because they have all knocked off when the travel time website clearly states that you can call anytime between 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. How can team leaders all knock off early and leave consultants who don't have the knowledge or expertise to handle a issue? Is this great business practice?

A company as big as Discovery only has a few team leaders and they all leave early so what happens in the event that a junior consultant needs assistance?
