We booked tickets to the UK in 2023. In October we cancelled one of our tickets. After numerous calls and emails we still have not received our refund. This is absolutely shocking!! At one stage we received an email response to yet another follow-up and the person did not even realise she had sent the EXACT same response a month ago. She literally just copied and pasted. When I brought her attention to it, she then came back with a more “comprehensive” follow-up…but to date STILL no refund!!!
