Discovery Vitality Train your staff!

I can't believe how illiterate and *********** the Vitality staff are! I have had multiple calls, emails and correspondence and yet they still can't grasp the issue! I can't believe this is supposed to be such a wonderful company! I am beyond disappointed! If they can't get a shoe booster right, how will they manage to cover us in a real time of need.
