Discovery Vitality thrives on so-called mistakes to the detriment of clients

I have now been struggling with VItality since I got my iWatch re. Vitality points to be reflected correctly for workouts. Every time I have to waste time to phone in and ask them to rectify, which normally end up in them asking me to send a "screenshot". I find this totally unacceptable and start asking myself how many poor souls not a clued up as I am, get penalised unknowingly. Srangely the misstake is always to the benefit of Discovery.... I rest my case!

My complaint was resolved, but unfortunately the Discovery Representative could not provide any concrete feedback on all members that were perhaps unknowingly affected as a result of the so-called programming misstake. Vitality claims it is only 5% of iWatch users. They have no data to proove this, nor any solution to rectify. Upon asking why they do not alert clients via sms they simply refuse to do so and keep on punting the website where poor customers, should they be informed enough and have the time to do so, pick up there are problems. Just wonder if the so-called programming problem was the other way round i.e. Customers being credit for more points than what they had achieved - would Discovery also remained quiet... So much for treating customers fairly !
