Discovery Vitality - the promise for the best rewards program that doesnt actually reward.

A year later and yet another bad review, with no reply or contact made to my previous review.

I have not received my cashback in Discovery Miles for my purchases made at Dischem for 2 months now. My September 2023 points which should have reflected from 15 October 2023 to date has not been given to me.

Let alone my October 2023 points which should have reflected on 15 November 2023.

Despite numerous whatsapp messages where im informed to call the cash back department and email them and when i advise them that i have tried calling countless times and my emails always have promises of escalations but to date the matter remains unresolved i am told that they too will escalate but still nothing.

The service is appalling and considering the fact that we pay for this is such a joke.
