Discovery vitality the gift that keeps on giving (not)

Honestly sick and tired of Discovery and their move to technology and rewarding a healthy lifestyle yet they cannot keep up.

I logged a fault last year December concerning my device and it not syncing with my discovery app. I started by sending screenshots so that they manually allocate my points that never happened yet they asked for copious screenshots of my workouts. I tried to delink the device myself never succeeded asked them to do it and up to now I am waiting. If devices are not working on your platform say it do not make us spend large amounts of money buying fitness devices. I missed out on points end of last year and already have colleagues telling me about discovery Miles this year that I have never seen or heard of. This is just *******
